Steve J. Sielatycki, Esq. - Owner
Mr. Sielatycki received both his finance and law degrees from the University of Michigan. He began his law practice at the national law firm Winston & Strawn, representing many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and McDonald’s, before starting his own law firm. Mr. Sielatycki provides legal counsel to corporate clients and other private business interests, including providing advice, strategies, and services related to start-up, growth, reformation and restructuring, and development and exit. These services include providing advice and counsel related to entity formation and governance, financing, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, asset protection and business succession planning. Mr. Sielatycki has focused expertise in real estate and economic development, including tax credit acquisition, financing, environmental protection, syndication, and commercial litigation.
Aaron J. Bir, Esq. - Associate Counsel
Mr. Bir is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Criminal Justice and of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has previously worked as a Law Clerk for the Federal Trade Commission and later at the Milton Kramer Law Clinic where he practiced civil litigation. Mr. Bir is licensed in Michigan and practices with an emphasis in commercial litigation and business law.
